Discussion and presentation during grand rounds (surgical photos below presentation):

Surgery:
1) Flap
2) Outline with round high speed (KC used a carbide, Shaun likes a diamond to protect membrane)
3) Finish sinus access and perform lift with Dask kit
4) Pack bone on medial wall of sinus
5) Place implants
6) Pack remaining bone
7) Membrane and closure
Notes: Chose to do two implants instead of the three that were proposed. If doing again, would likely have placed a 10mm implant in molar site instead of an 8mm. Also, would have preserved more papilla in order to make suturing easier at the end.
