Dr. Patrick Loftus- Lateral Wall Sinus Lift

It was noted in pre-op CBCT that the sinus seems to be full of fluid. Although a referral to ENT was made, the patient did not follow-up on it. This fact becomes relevant during this surgery.
One week:
Cheek burn is thought to be from the handpiece.
2.5 Month:
Had initial appt with ENT who recommended "roto-rooter" surgery. Said all his sinuses are "full all the way up."
