Discussion of implant bridges using the case below as an example. When implants are not parallel, what do we do? In this case, the internal hex was removed in order to fully seat. Custom abutments and ASC are preferred options. Multi-unit abutments could possibly be an option if there is interocclusal space, though this seems a little unorthodox. Traditionally, cement retained bridges have been the go-to. Tom introduced a protocol where one of the abutments was cemented, and one was "screw-mented."
