Dr. Jason Han- Management of idiopathic pain
There wasn't a whole lot of insight on this case. The dental history is complex, and may have something to do with the symptoms. Has already been seen by endo/perio which don't seem to be contributory. Neuropathic? Psychosomatic? To aid in process of elimination, may be able to selectively numb sections of the mouth. Also discussed SRP, but all are in agreement that this is likely not going to resolve CC. Many docs indicated they would refer this case, perhaps to a good prosthodontist, with a tongue-in-cheek "Good luck" written on the referral slip. In other words, we were all kind of scratching our heads on this one.
